Another great day. Any day that my toes go in the sand is a good day. JEff leaves tonight and that makes me sad. It's hard to keep him still for long and Im just glad he stayed for as long as he did.
We are making crab stew tonight. I made mine with milk and half n half. Aunt Carol made hers with crab, water, and 98%fat free soup.(remember Weight Watchers?) HErs is not as good and she is wishing she had mine. She is whining about not having any Old Bay Seasoning. I have TRIED to tell her that Old Bay is for Low COuntry Boil, NOT stew. No whine unless you are drinking it!!!
Dinner update: the stew was EXCELLENT and easy. I will post the recipe soon. Aunt Carol's was edible, but I did catch her putting a scoop of mine into hers. :)I have NO left overs!
Mama is very happy- JEff is staying until tomorrow!
