I think I posted this last week, but I wanted to post it under “Favorite Links” so that I could remember it. I’m trying to get my “go to” recipes posted so I can find them easier. It’s more for me than you, but if you benefit, then I’m even happier.
Cubed Steak
1 package of cubed steak (we use venison)
1 package of Lipton Onion Soup Mix (Dry stuff)
3/4 cup water
Place meat in microwavable dish. (I used Pampered Chef stoneware. ) Cover with soup mix. Pour water over meat. Microwave for 10 minutes.
JEnna and Jeff LOVED this. I love the easy preparation, clean up, and even the cheap price.

I'm gonna try the cubed steak...eric has reservations..he worries about it being tough...do you need to cover it while microwaving? ...Wendy
