Birthday Dinner

Whenever one of us has a birthday, we always have a dinner to celebrate. This year, Nonni opted for a half day at the spa rather than dinner. That is what AC gave her. (AC usually does Nonni’s dinner.) As soon as the deal was made, NOONE was happy about it. I decided to cook tonight, even though it was a week late.

Jenna made a sign and I made Shrimp casserole. You can find the recipe here.(http://kellyskornerrecipes.blogspot.com/2009/10/paula-deens-wild-rice-and-shrimp.html) It was YUMMY! AC brought salad and rolls. Nonni brought her own cake. (She bought it at a Relay for Life auction.)

We had a fun night! I should do this more often. It wasn’t much work and I enjoyed it.

Please add 2 copies of the one with me and the girls and one of the birthday sign to my 5 family group shots order. These pix are for their books. You will see them again, I promise.
