To Do List

I wasn’t going to publish this, but I'm hoping that making it public will push us and encourage Jeff and I to get this list accomplished. Part of home ownership is maintenance and Jeff and I have been slackers on this since Jade arrived. It seems there is just never any time when she is not in our way. (No, she is NOT a burden, we just can’t do chores with her. ) I don’t want to rush time, but I do look forward to the days when I don;to need a baby sitter just to get the weekly cleaning completed. Frankly, some of this stuff is dangerous to do with a baby in the house.

 

I think we need to hire a “punch out” guy for about a week or two. If only we could afford that, all would be no problem. Instead, Jeff and I will plug away at this list. Another problem is that there are some things that were not Jeff’s ideas to get done, so he is less likely to do them.

 

He is a hard worker, but he does NOT like to be told (or even suggested) what to do. I will have to find some way to make this all “his idea”.

clean or repaint wall in liv rm going towards girl’s room

add another coat to jenna;s wall

clean under washer dryer

clean under fridge

shine hardwoods

paint garage walls

paint garage floor

 

take down fan on back porch

fix pool pumps

pain or clean wall to left of door heading to pool

paint garage door in and out
