Dramatic Sunday

We stayed home from church and Jeff cleaned my car as promised. He did a nice job and I sure appreciate it!

 

 

 

Jade went through the “rubble” from my car and next thing we know she is yelling, “Hey!”, and this is what we saw. Goober!

 

After a grocery run and a trip to get some boxes for some friends who are moving, we came home to find Jenna and this large bag. (Justin was with her. He didn’t just leave her!)

 

Robyn gave Jade all of Bryn’s summer clothes in sizes that Jade will be able to wear this summer. There was even this one pink skirt that was originally Jenna’s. This was the skirt that Jenna wore on her first day of preschool. Funny how that just happens to be the one item of Jenna’s that came back. I guess that Jenna must have left this at their house because this is a size that she wore before Bryn was born, so I know it wasn’t a hand me down.

I save Jenna’s clothes for Bryn and Robyn shares Bryn’s with Jade. Bryn  has just now grown into the first of Jenna’s clothes for Bryn. I LOVE hand me downs. I wish someone passed me their clothes. Ha!

 

Jade has an AWESOME wardrobe for summer…shoes and PJs included. Thanks so much, Robyn!

 

 

Speaking of thanks- Many thanks to Hope and AMS for sending the girls goodies a few weeks ago. I know Jenna told AMS thanks, but I don’t think we ever slowed down to call Hope. How embarrassing. Thanks to both of you and please forgive this slacker of a mother.

Jenna came home with a red spot in her eye. She says she thinks that Zach hit her with play doh, but she never really felt it.  She is now showing me her cheerleading jumps and she is doing quite well. 

I am very glad to hear that 50 is the new 40 and 40 is the new 30, BUT when did 8 become the new 13????!!!!!
