Breakfast Casserole

I am blogging this for my own good, but maybe you can get in on the benefits. This is one of the easiest recipes I have that is sometimes forgotten about. I almost always have the ingredients on hand and my family loves this.

I am in a dinner rut and have had to force myself to come up with easy recipes for our hectic lifestyle. I plan to post the recipes on my favorite links list so I can remember the recipes when I’m struggling to feed the fam.

Ingredients:

2 cans crescent rolls

8 eggs scrambled

shredded cheese

1lb sausage ground and browned

roll out crescent rolls into bottom of 9x13 pan. Squish them together for form a crust. dump in browned sausage (we use venison). Pour eggs over sausage. Tope with cheese. Bake at 375 for 30ish minutes (until eggs are done and no longer jiggly)

I make a small pan of just bread, eggs, and cheese for me. Jade is eating my recipe now as the sausage is a little spicy for her just yet.
