Macon Science Museum

Our family was gifted passes to the Macon Museum of Arts and Sciences and we went on Thursday. This was Jade and Jeff’s first visit here.

Jade was amazed by the talking bird. This bird is SO loud!

The all loved working the robot dinosaur. The museum had a special exhibit on dinosaurs that was pretty neat.

The next few pictures are taken by Jenna. She took over the camera in the dinosaur exhibit.

Jade looks like she is in pain, but she was really making dinosaur noises.

The playroom in the basement of the museum is always fun!

We then took a walk around the nature trail. They have a lovely walkway and pond.

It was a nice morning. I do not have any pictures of the planetarium, but we did that, too. The guy did an excellent job explaining the night sky, which completely confuses me. (All stars look alike to me. )

By this time we were all hungry so we headed over to the Mexican place to snag a bite to eat. We then grabbed to La Berry. Yum!

Stay tuned for what we did in the afternoon….
