Yelling proceeds: Jenna- GET DRESSED; Jade- COME HERE; let’s get dressed. EVERYONE- BRUSH YOUR TEETH!
Good news: We made the appointment; Jade did GREAT on her first appointment; and we were all cavity free. Each time we visit, we discuss braces for Jenna. We know she needs them, but when? Well, it’s still gonna be a while. She has not even lost half of her baby teeth. My kids and their slow teeth development! (Jenna was 10 mo., and Jade was 1 year before they got any teeth.)
Caro came over around lunch to wrap her gifts, and to share some holiday cheer hot chocolate. We put on Christmas music, went upstairs sans kids, and wrapped just as SLOWLY as we could. Seize the moments.
Jenna then played her violin for Caro. While I watched not really sure what I was even listening to, Caro and Jenna FIGURED OUT the notes to Twinkle Twinkle. Really, who can hear notes like that?! Smart People! Ugh!
Later, we went to Nonni’s for the annual Christmas pajama pictures. This is the 3rd year. The first year, Victoria was almost 1, and she was NOT having pictures. Jenna had the task of wrestling two 1 year olds. Last year, the girls were 2, and the pictures were no easier. This year, we had more success, even if we added a baby!
I think this next one is my fav.
We even got a smile out of serious Victoria.
Jade and Victoria trying to hug each other to death.
The first pics went well, so we braved pics in the 2nd set of matching PJs.
Such pretty girls!
