As we looked at out GPS map, we determined we would be traveling through Charlotte, aka Shawn and Seth’s town. We further realized that we would be within 2ish miles of Shawn’s house.
We called and talked to Seth to see if he could meet us, and he could. Shawn, however, did not answer the phone. Fine, we will just knock on your door!
As we pulled into his neighborhood, I “checked in” on Facebook at his neighborhood pool, and tagged him. Sure enough, he saw it pop up on his computer. I had hoped to give him just enough time to wonder “what in the world” before we knocked. We timed it PERFECTLY. Oh, it was fun. Soon, Seth joined us, and we went for a quick lunch.
It was a long, 14 hour, road trip, but we had a great day! Lots of laughs, and fun, fun times.
