Kelsi and a Craft

Lately I have become a weekend blogger. For that I apologize, but it is truly the best I can do. Our weeknights are Cray-Cray!

Monday- I had Design Team meeting until after 5pm.

Tuesday- I had after school tutoring until 4:30, then Bible Study at 7.

Wednesday- Jeff cut the grass and Dawn and Walker came over. We had homework time, and a little play time. Truthfully, I could have snapped a few pics on this day.

Thursday- Jenna had her first violin practice (Heaven help!), and I had a Delta Kappa Gamma meeting. I think I got home around 7:30pm. I am in need of a 1/2 or 3/4 size violin. Anyone have one that we can use? I do not want to buy one until I know she likes it.

Friday- We had a quiet night at home. We discussed going to First Friday, but never went. We did ride over to the dove field to set up Jeff's blind for today.

Today Jade has gone to Nonni’s. Jenna wanted to stay home. Her friend Kelsi is over and that are playing and swimming. The SEC has returned, and that is GOOD NEWS at our house. Today is also opening day of dove season. Jeff is over right now doing a little bird hunting.

I found an idea on Pinterest a few weeks ago. I have been wanting to try it. You see, a while back, Daddy cleaned out the old barn and found some of Ma-Ma’s old dishes. Somehow they ended up at my house. Nothing great or fancy, just plain ol dishes. Today, I made this-

I think it will come in handy when I make cupcakes or need a serving piece. I actually made 2 of them. Jenna and Kelsi helped me make sure that they are straight.
